Order Accuracy and Availability

We strive to keep pricing and product descriptions accurate, but errors can occur. Should a product’s price or description be incorrect, BAGGU reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund. We also may limit quantities of certain items to ensure fair access. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you accordingly.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified—this includes adding or removing items. Changes to shipping address or full order cancellations are only possible within a brief time window immediately after your order is processed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us promptly through our contact page. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee changes.

Product Images and Availability

Product images on our site are for reference only. Colors and patterns may vary depending on your screen. Limited-edition collections and collaborations have specific availability and may sell out quickly. Restocks on these items are not guaranteed, although we aim to keep our core product lines available.

Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will coordinate reshipping but additional shipping charges may apply.
International orders may incur customs fees or import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility. BAGGU does not control and cannot estimate these charges.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or any factors beyond our control.
